Darren Boles, DDS

Dr. Boles has been practicing dentistry for 28 years. He is the owner of St. Johnsbury Dental Associates and NEK Dental Medicine. He himself has sleep apnea and found the dental approach to treating obstructive sleep apnea has worked very well for him. Once he discovered this was an option, he wanted to help others finally get the sleep they need so he got certified to provide MADs (Mandibular Advancement Devices) to his dental patients.

Reimy Evangelista, DDS, CAGS, MS

Dr. Evangelista is focused on treating all aspects of TMD. He has a broad range of experience as a provider in general dentistry and orofacial pain, a teaching assistant at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and a published researcher. He has served and organized several international humanitarian mission trips with the Massachusetts Hispanic Dental Association (MHDA) and Hispanic International Missions (HIM).

Dr. Darren Boles

William Darren Boles grew up in the “Yellow Pine Belt” city of Laurel, Mississippi. While attending his county high school as a multi-sport athlete, Darren discovered his passion for athleticism and serving others.

Upon graduation, he carried on with his passions by joining the United States Army. While serving in the Army, he received the Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, the Army Sharpshooter Badge, and attended Army Air Assault School. Darren also did a tour overseas in Jordan. After serving the United States Army as a combat medic with the 101st Airborne “Screaming Eagles”, Darren pursued and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1996.

Dr. Boles, specializing in General Dentistry, opened his first practice in Laconia, NH in February 2004. Darren was named to New Hampshire’s Top Dentists by New Hampshire Magazine from 2012 – 2016. He has served several overseas mission trips including Honduras and Belize. In addition, he completed an Oral Surgery externship at Guy’s Hospital in London, England while obtaining his dental degree.

Dr. Reimy Evangelista

Dr. Evangelista started his dental career in 2008 as a certified dental assistant in the Dominican Republic. The following year, he became a registered dental hygienist. In 2015, Dr. Evangelista obtained his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and completed his Post-Doctoral education in Orofacial pain at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA in 2020. More recently, Dr. Evangelista was awarded his Master of Science (MS) in Healthcare Management by Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Evangelista is a general dentist and an orofacial pain specialist in both public and private practices. He has worked in academic settings as an orofacial pain provider at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and served as a teaching assistant for the Dental Sleep Medicine and Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology departments.

Dr. Evangelista has completed several presentations and research papers over the years. Being the most recent ones at the International Association of Dental Research (IADR) in 2019, Archives of Clinical Case Studies; Myofascial TMD, Multifactorial Ethiology with Multidisciplinary Approach in 2020 and a lecture Series called Guidance For Evaluation of Patients With Suspected or Active Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) at the University Of The West Indies in 2023.

Dr. Evangelista is dedicated and passionate about serving the community. His focus is on education, research, treatment services, and advocacy for all. Dr. Evangelista has served and organized several international humanitarian mission trips with the Massachusetts Hispanic Dental Association (MHDA) and Hispanic International Missions (HIM). Evangelista’s most recent trip in 2019 led him to Yamasa Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Throughout that mission trip, Dr. Evangelista enjoyed providing high-quality dental care to the underserved population of Yamasa while mentoring younger professionals.
